Almost all ice machines were not in working order.

Office staff did not inform us that we had to provide a credit card for other charges after we had extended our stay the first time. We later made some other changes and we asked specifically about providing a credit card and they stated it was not necessary. Then we charged at the restaurant and received a call that they had a problem with not having a credit card on file. Also, our access cards were not set-up properly upon check-in so that we could access the area for the priority club breakfast. read more

The location.
The price and quality!

The smoke smell in our room was horrible and I smoked outside. The odor made me, a smoker, sick! The pools were dirty!

Easy to get to from highway; right next to Columbia Mall and several great restaurants; very clean and well kept; modern and nice!

Was clean and the staff was excellent.
No continental breakfast and bathroom was dark.

This hotel was comfortable and accommodating for our family. We were disappointed there was no continental breakfast - it helps with costs and having 3 children under the age of five it is easier to accommodate early morning hunger before we are ready to really get moving for the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions and requests. We'd stay here again. read more

Asked for extra blanket and staff was rude.

The hotel was clean and the original front desk personnel was polite. The room was nice, but the television like to jump around on stations and the remote was hard to use. The shower was very large and overall it was a good place to stay.
