Easy to locate.
Parking.

I was going to visit a person at Bonne Terre ERDC prison next day. Motel was having a party in Lincoln room and people smoked outside my room air intake and as a result the prison facility claimed to have found drug residue on my clothing and would not let me see the person I went to see. I do not do drugs or go where people do. You only have my word on this but I drove over 480 miles to see the person each way. read more

Refrigerator and microwave that were provided in the room were very nice and were clean. The quality of the bedding is very nice and the beds are very comfortable. Bathroom facilities are very nice and were clean. Location wis good. Close to restaurants and things to do. Very satisfied with the facility.

Not what I expected for a Holiday Inn Express, poorly remodeled old hotel!

I would not recommend this hotel. It smells musty and the remodeling is very poor. The staff was friendly, but this is a poor excuse for a Holiday Inn Express.

The friendliness of the staff!
No complaints whatsoever!

This is an excellent hotel to spend the night and/or however long an individual/family would want to stay. The breakfast was excellent with many items to choose from!

The pool was broke.

If you want a nice comfortable, friendly place to stay that will feed you breakfast when you wake up early and that is close to many things, this is the place for you. Enjoy.

There were things for the kids to do like swimming, video games, air hockey, it was nice.
The bathroom was way too small.

Easy to get to, near restaurants, kid friendly, clean, rates reasonable. Has everything you need and more! Good breakfast.

The front desk employees were outstanding - warm, friendly, helpful, responsive!

I stayed in a Hilton for 2 nights while traveling on business, before this Holiday Inn Express. This hotel met or really exceeded the Hilton in almost every aspect. I wish I could transport the Holiday Inn Express in Festus, MO to the San Franscisco South Bay, employees included! What a pleasure it was to stay there. And the beds, wow! Snuggle in and enjoy your dreams!

Nothing I can think of.

Lobby was decorated very nicely, room was very comfortable and for the price I expected much less. I had heard it was a noisy hotel but we did not experience this even though a wedding was being held there at the time.

Hotel very clean and had great continental breakfast.
Walls thin, could hear every noise outside room.

This hotel was very clean and had a friendly and helpful staff. The continental breakfast was great! The indoor pool was also nice. The only draw back was that you could hear every noise outside the room in the hall or outside. We had our young grandchildren and it made it hard for them to go to sleep.
