The location was exactly what we were looking for.
When the hotel was full capasity there was no hot water in our room. Had to take cold shower.
Hotel was very clean and in a great location for what we needed. When hotel was at full capasity there was no hot water to take showers so we had to take cold showers...other then that it was a good experience.

The continental breakfast area was clean and well taken care of and the food was good too.
Non-smoking room that smelled of smoke, very thin walls and a loose door.
Hotel staff was friendly and the continental breakfast area was clean and well taken care of. Our room was a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke. Our room was a corner room and you could hear all the sounds of the road. We were also right across from the stairway, you could hear the door opening and closing and it caused a vacuum effect that would move our door, giving the impression someone was trying to come into the room all-night. Our room had poor conductive, for the wireless connection. read more

Loved the location. Close to World's of Fun.
Did not like the strong chlorine smell in the lobby and pool area. Made our eyes water.
We reserved our room at the last minute through Priceline and picked this hotel for the discounted price and close location to World's of Fun amusement park. This hotel was easy to locate even though we arrived at night. The lobby did have a strong smell of chlorine. Note: the pool is located just off the lobby. This detracted from the breakfast which is served in the lobby area. The front desk attendant was very nice and friendly. Our children got to swim for 30 minutes before the pool closed, although the chlorine smell was so strong it made our eyes water. The room was very nice and the bathroom very clean. Did have guests above us who were very loud and it took two calls to the front desk before they quieted down. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and adequate. Biscuits and gravy, boiled eggs, waffles, and a variety of cold cereals. Best yet included in price of room. We would recommend this to families visiting World's of Fun and to business travelers. If we get the chance to go again this is where we would stay. read more

This hotel was very convienent for visiting Worlds & Ocean of Fun.
The swimming pool is kind of small.
We stayed one night for the purpose of going to Worlds of Fun. The breakfast had a lot of choices..biscuits & gravy, cereal, fruits, bagels, toast and more. It was an overall great stay,

Nothing.
Ants and fire alarms.
I would not recommend this hotel. We checked in got all of our stuff unloaded, went to supper, came back and my husband looked at the walls and they were crawling with at least 15 red ants. Our youngest son was going to sleep in his sleeping bag on the floor! I went to the front desk and had to wait until others were finished, my husband even came to see what took so long. They moved us 2 doors down (where my son saw ants the next morning) and when we checked out there was a do not disturb sign on the room we were in, I suppose they rented it out. Then the fire alarms went off in the middle of the night and when we called the front desk to see if we needed to do anything no one ever answered (the answer when asked the next morning was because she was putting breakfast out). No money off for moving rooms or anything else! read more
