Filthy and unkept - lack of maintenance is obvious - Not very friendly staff.

I am shocked that as new as this hotel is, it was so trashed and lacked vital maintenance. Routine maintenance that had been done was very shoddy and unprofessional. There was dried paint all over the room curtains ! There were lighter burn marks on the walls and on the trim ! There was gang insignia scribed into the sheet rock of the bathroom walls. The carpets & floors throughout the motel obviously had not seen a broom or vacuum in days, if not weeks! The floors and carpets were also stained in several locales! read more

Horrible experience, did not like anything about hotel.
Smoking room could not be changed, dirty towels and dirty bathroom.

When my husband and I arrived in the room, we realized it was a smoking hotel. I asked the front desk if we could be moved to another room, and they could not accommodate my husband and I even after it being 11pm and there were 3 or more available non-smoking rooms in which we were checking out the very next day. Front desk was very rude.

The lobby was closed when we arrived, but the staff was very helpful and let me use the computer.
The bathtub was slimy and the lobby was closed when we arrived.

Some staff are friendly, some are clueless. It's a place to stay, near enough to the airport. Bed was comfortable.

It was close to the airport, and were on time with the wake up call.
The pillow cases and sheets were dirty, the shower head broke while showering!

The staff was rude. The sheets and pillowcases were not clean and had hair from someone else on them. It was not a good experience for me or my wife, and we probably will not stay there again.
