I enjoyed the pool and how quiet the hotel was.
I didn't like being charged for local phone calls and it not being posted on the phone that they charged for local calls.

Nice hotel until I found out that you have to pay for local calls.

Liked the fact that the pool area was not crowded.
Didn't like that there were no card locks on doors to the outside.

Good place to stay when youre busy and away from over analyzing the room.

Very spacious!
There were spots on the walls that could have been rubbed off, but were left untouched by housekeeping.

It was very surprising to open the door and see the size and comfort ability of the room. It could easily sleep 4 with no problems. The only problem we had (which is actually a big one), was that if you pushed hard enough on the door, it would open. Therefore, it wouldn't have mattered if we lost our key. We did inform management, and they promised to do more walk bys. We had no problems though. The hotel has a great location to the parks and the casinos. We did not use the pool or the hot tube, so I have no comments, although they did look nice. read more

Front desk staff was extremely helpful in giving directions & assistance.
Complimentary breakfast staff rude, room not adequate size, food not replenished.

Overall, a good motel for the price and location near Oceans of Fun. Most of the staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable, clean and furniture in good condition.

Very neat room, had great entertainment value.
During the night you could hear people upstairs.

Nice looking place but hide-a-bed sofa was not comfortable for the kids, and the roll away we got was worse!

Free hot breakfast in the morning.
The staff was incredibly rude, lied about room prices.

This hotel had great curb appeal; the inside was under renovation at the time of my stay. The staff was incredibly rude. On the night of check in, the staff lied about the room price, and then gave me a key card to my room that didn¿t work. When I came back to the desk to advise them it didn¿t work, the man working looked at me like I was making a huge inconvenience for him to find out why it didn¿t work and get me a new key. In the morning, they served breakfast which was nice. However, I needed to check out and there was nobody working! Finally, another guest was fed up of waiting at the front desk (it had been about 10 minutes) and so he just yelled for someone in case they were in the back. Then a man in a softball umpire uniform came out and said he was the front desk staff. I was hesitant to give him my room key upon checkout but there was nobody else there to confirm that he was or was not the person on duty. It was a big headache and I wouldn¿t recommend this hotel in the future. read more
