Welcoming staff, nice location, and clean. Decent and included breakfast. Very comfortable and well-appointed room.
As with nearly all contemporary hotels, the green fluorescent bulbs provide inadequately bright light.

Excellent. Would happily stay there again any time I travel to Kansas City. Staff was warm and welcoming, late-night desk clerk and security guard were happy to chat after ensuring our comfort and other needs were met.

The decor was beautiful and contemporary.

This hotel was beautiful and so convenient to downtown for us. We were so pleased with the location and service. Our room was decorated beautifully and it was very atypical for what you see as hotel decor. We also loved The Market that was available in the lobby. We didn't try the breakfast because the bed was too comfortable!

The beds were comfortable.
When we came in late at night the only thing to eat was some frozen sandwiches.

The amenities in the room were great. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great for where we were going. The bed was really comfortabale.

Breakfast food was minimal but good coffee.

This was an excellent location, close to where I needed to be for work. Clean and safe.
