Above average decor, clean, well maintained.
Poor airport shuttle service.

The hotel has Asian themed decor that I thought was well done. The physical plant & furnishings are much nicer than I expected. The back patio area would be a great place in the summer. However, the shuttle was extremely slow and hotel operator lied to me repeatedly about wait time. I was also put on hold and got to listen to an argument between the operator and an unidentified person as to when the pickup would occur. I received no apology for the delay. read more

The shuttle to Harrah's and walking distance to Dave n busters.
The breakfast was disgusting.

Stayed here because of the location. Was awesome! Make sure you give the front desk plenty of notice if you are going to use the shuttle. Takes quite a while. We got to the complimentary breakfast too late, but it was disgusting, but free and had cereal and other things to choose from that may not have been so nasty. Overall very pleased especially with the price and will definitely stay there again! The back patio area was beautiful too cold to use. read more

Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean room! Beautiful patio area!

Hotel was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. We had dinner and more at Dave&Buster's right next door to the hotel. We came back around 1 am and the hotel shuttle dropped us off and picked us up very quickly at Harrah's Casino nearby. Room was extremely clean and felt like home!
