The Comfort Inn and Suites hotel is located near TR Hughes Ball Park, Mid Rivers Mall and Wentzville Crossings Expo and Convention Center. We are one of O'Fallon's newest hotels and proudly feature whirlpool suites, free deluxe continental breakfast and a heated indoor pool. Pet charge of 10.00 a night per pet. Check location carefully because O'Fallon Illinois and O'Fallon Missouri can be easily confused. Hot tub closed until Dec. 1, 2008. read more

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Smelled like cigarettes in all the halls.

Hot tub was not clean, but staff was friendly. Breakfast was OK, but "fresh" fruit was weird. Service was quick and helpful.

Some breakfast items were served too cold (danishes, etc) and cigarette burn in bedspread.

Newer and good price, clean -a little hard to get to.
With GPS had to call more than once to locate coming from Illinois.

Hotel was very nice, lobby clean. Arrived about 10:00 pm. Room was very clean and nice too. They do not come up on a Tom GPS device so not easy to locate.

Nice bathroom with plenty of towels.
The front desk had difficulty with our reservation.

The hotel offers a nice convenient breakfast. The amenities include a guest laundry, fitness room and an indoor swimming pool. The bathroom was clean with a nice supply of hot water, towels and a hair dryer. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

The location was great and the attention to the breakfast area was above and beyond.
The front desk staff was not overly friendly, the pool area was gross and the sofa sleeper was extremely uncomfortable-the floor was more comfortable.

Overall, the hotel was nice and we would stay there again. The front desk staff was unhelpful and rude at times. The pool area was absolutely disgusting. It was obviously left unclean during the 2 night stay we were there. The sofa sleeper was not comfortable. Our twins opted to sleep on the floor rather than try to sleep on the sofa for a second night. It was without question the worst sofa sleeper we have used on vacation. read more

Friendly staff, room was not crowded, bathroom good, breakfast was provided.
Difficult to find, no temperature controls.

This hotel provides adequate facilities which includes an indoor swimming pool and an exercise room. The room is adequate for a long term stay as well as a short stay. Breakfast is provided and several selections are available. The staff was friendly and helpful with driving directions.
