No hassles and friendly service.
Too much light from outside at night.

It was ever thing that needed it to be. Not great but satisfactory in all physical ways and better than average in service for this type of motel.

The owners and room cleaner were very friendly and helpful.
The room smelled strange.

For the money and my purposes, it was fine. It was less than a mile from my destination, easy to find, and actually had a better breakfast buffet than the 4-star resort I visited next.
