Nice enough for the location. Will stay there again. Continental Breakfast was disappointing.

Old and in need of a remodel.

The room smelled horrible, the recliner was broken. When we asked for towels on the third day, they said "we don't have room service here" even though it said on the door or phone (I can't remember which) to call for more towels if you needed them. They turned off our room keys half way through the stay, and we had to go get them reactivated. Overall this was a very poor experience, and I will not go back to that hotel again. read more

We stayed here on our way to Arkansas (half way point) Friendly desk clerk, talked a lot and fast, had enough drawl to only make out every other word or so. We ate next door at the Shoney's and received a 10% discount for staying at the hotel. Rooms were older, but clean. Bed was comfortable enough and there was very little noise from outside traffic. Breakfast in the morning was a choice of cereal, oatmeal, donuts & such, coffee, milk & juice. read more

We should have been informed that the pool was closed. W didn't find this out until two days before our stay. Next time we will call to make sure the pool is open.

For $20 dollars more, stay at the Holiday Inn further down the street, it is much cleaner, customer-focused, and their pool is open. Very, very unhappy with econo lodge.
