One should not offer breakfast at 7 if it is not ready. The breakfast was not very good after waiting. The hotel in general is dirty.

Very nice pool area in the center courtyard of the hotel. The breakfast was good, but there is limited room around the buffet and it was very crowded with only a few people. The seating area is nice, though. One of the beds had a poor mattress which sloped towards the middle.

The hotel staff were wonderful ensuring all of our needs were met. The weather didn't allow for much time in the pool but overall our stay was good.when we did have a concern the staff were very quick to resolve the issue.

The hotel has just changed ownership and they are slowly making progress. I believe that the next time that my family stays it will be better, and we will be back!

The cost of the room was comparable with the hotel. The hotel was not well maintained and did not seem very clean, even including the public areas. The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was very decent to be included in the stay.

The heater didn't work when arrived, just wasn't very pleasant.

It was great value for the
money and the amenities.

We've stayed at this hotel 2 other times before this stay and loved it; this was not the same experience! When we first walked in, the bathroom was dirty, there was hair in the tub, there was used soap still in the soap tray and there were no toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.)! Also, two of the lamps in the room had no light bulb! We called down and asked for a light bulb and toiletries. They brought the toiletries right up (with no apologies), but said they were out of light bulbs! What? Never got light bulbs the entire 4 days we were there! That's just a start, one of the beds never had a top sheet, even after calling down and asking about it we were told housekeeping was gone for the day, but still wasn't corrected the next morning! My husband found a sewing needle on the floor, they never vacuumed the entire time we were there (there was pop corn on the floor the whole time)! My kids stayed on the sofa sleeper, the last night we walk in (from a long day at the zoo) to find the kids' bed stripped with the blanket and sheets thrown over the desk! The breakfast was okay, but hurried and was the same food every morning; we got a bit tired of biscuits and gravy after the second morning! It's sad because we loved that hotel the first two times we stayed there. We even stayed there once even though it was 20 miles out of our way, because we liked it that much! I don't know, maybe we just caught them at a bad time, but I have a feeling they are just going down hill. We will not be visiting Clubhouse Inn & Suites again. read more
