New, clean, easy in&out.
Location is not that good - not close enough to things.
Very nice hotel, very clean, very professional staff.

Conveniently located.
Non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke, windows don't work.

I liked that the hotel had a kitchen, comfortable bedding, neat appearance, close to area stores, close to the highway, restaurants etc.
I did not like that each room that I stayed in had to much darkness in the TV picture on every channel , and also no lifetime or BET station.
Overall I liked the location, cleanliness, and the front desk staff was exceptionally friendly.

Check in was very easy.
There was no shampoo in the bathroom.
This is a very good hotel for those traveling on business or those who need a long-term rental.

Good price, liked the kitchen area.
A
little run down, no amenities.
This is just a basic hotel. It does have a little kitchen area with a frig, range, and microwave. Plus dishes. But no shampoo. Fine for just a night stay when you only need to sleep and eat!

It was cheap.
It's very far away from downtown St. Louis.
Utilitarian housing (it's not really a hotel) that is clean but out in the middle of Westport, where you're closer to the casinos out by the Missouri River than you are to downtown St. Louis and East St. Louis. There are no amenities like a restaurant or pool. But, since they assume their clientele are consultants staying in a foreign city for an extended period, there is a laundry room. Nothing was broken in my room (although the battery in the remote could've been changed), but I did not use the microwave, toaster, oven or coffeemaker. Did not feel unsafe walking in the parking lot late at night. Found the place just fine. If need be, the bus stop is a block away. read more
