Desk sent a fax for free.
Desk asked for IDs for all my group.

I arrived very late after a business meeting. Desk had my key ready. I got my wake-up and desk sent a fax I needed sent. It was very OK for how little I was there, though some of group grumbled that they had to show ID [which seldom happens].

Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Served great cookies in afternoon. Room was nice, clean & comfortable.
Public areas, lobby, halls, were older, but they mentioned they will be remodeling soon.

I was satisfied. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were much nicer than the exterior of hotel looked. Was close to downtown. Was satisfied with the hotel and price. Would not hesitate to stay at again.

Staff was very accommodating.

This hotel was rated a 2 1/2 star. I felt it was a 2 1/2 but closer to a 3 than a 2. We were pleased with everything and the staff was very helpful. Other than being a little outdated it was very nice.

The restaurant had cards to fill out so that breakfast would be delivered to the room at noon came by to get it off the door therefore my girlfriend and her 4 and 6 year old girls and myself did not get breakfast which I found very upsetting for a place to offer a service and not hold up their end of the deal, not very professional if you ask me. Also it wouldn’t have hurt for someone to have cleaned the pool as well I found that as a sign of lazy employees and management. read more

They upgraded our room at no extra charge because of a defective door lock.
The water in the swimming pool was really cold.

The staff was very helpful. It was located in a very interesting area, with many Italian restaurants nearby.
