Free breakfast was pretty good.
Room was small and open right out into the parking lot.

Older style motel that had been renovated at some point. The rooms were small and the doors opened to the outside. No security between you and the outside world except the lock on your door. The enclosed pool area was nice and they had two hot tubs in addition to the pool. The free breakfast buffet was surprisingly good for this level of hotel. We stayed there because we needed to be close to the Missouri State Fairgrounds within walking distance. read more

The friendly, helpful staff made my stay wonderful. The room & pool was great.

I will be staying at this hotel for all my future travels to
OT through Sedalia! I will definitely refer this hotel to my family & friends. The atmosphere was awesome! The pool & game room area was great. The breakfast buffet was very good! The price was just right for us!

Location.
Putting empty shampoo out for use with broken seal.

No supervisory management; No one puts empty shampoo out for reuse; employees smoke all over the place; lock on door sticks and had to be forced; no fresh towels second night.

Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be recommending it to friends and family.
The room had one chair too many. Keep the lounger!

Everyone in the hotel was wonderful. We stayed two nights and enjoyed being there. The full breakfast was outstanding. We did not eat lunch or supper, but the breakfast would be hard to beat!

The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful!
The Wi-Fi wasn't working in my room, and the tub could have been cleaner.

The staff is very friendly and the free breakfast buffet is wonderful, far better than the normal breakfast offered at most hotels. It also has a nice indoor pool.
