Quickly resolved the problem with new rooms.
First room had bugs all over.

This motel is conveniently located off of the 65 freeway and across from a large grocery store. The first room we got was crawling with bugs-not sure what kind.

The breakfast room.
Even though friendly, didn't really offer knowledge unless asked a direct question.

No restaurants in safe walking distance. Free Wi-Fi not usable in all rooms. If you get hungry between 10 am and 6 am the next morning, will have to go offsite to eat. Carpets were loose, had a huge rip. No real amenities to speak of.

BW Deerfield needs to make sure they tell people who inquire about the wifi that 2nd floor rooms are most acceptable for wifi. Staff needs to make sure client has 800 number to call for problems when client asks about wifi problems at front desk. That, along with check in for 2nd nite and roaches in swimming area plus 2nd day having the code changed on the door so we couldn't get in didn't exactly make for a non-stress stay. Expecting a microwave and small refrigerator, but there was nothing. There are minimal amenities. read more
