New hotel as of September 2006. Located in close proximity to all regional health facilities, numerous restaurants, and the Bass Pro Shop 5 minutes away. Hotel has indoor swimming pool and spa, full complimentary breakfast, free high speed wireless internet, business center, fitness center and free lighted parking. Cab service to and from airport available at a cost of 22-28 USD one way. Currently ranked the # 1 Comfort Suites in the nation by Choice Hotels guest insight surveys and hotel inspections for quality control. All Comfort Suites hotels are 100 percent smoke free. This is my 3rd time staying at the Comfort Suites in Springfield since they opened last year. This hotel is clean, comfortable, and they understand the needs of the business traveler. It will be my only choice for business travel to Springfield!

The pillows had a chemical smell to them.

I stay at this particular Comfort Suites every time I'm in Springfield. It's nicer then most in town.

Very friendly courteous staff; clean public areas, clean rooms, indoor pool.
The view from our room overlooked the dumpster. Expected a second TV in sofa area.

For a family of four, this was an excellent place to stay. Friendly, attentive staff; clean common areas and rooms; all non-smoking; indoor pool to keep the kids happy in cold weather. Expected a second TV (in sofa area) since the rooms are suites, but there was only one TV. Rooms are slightly smaller than other suites we have stayed in, but still comfortable.

Super clean, cheerful employees.

Great coffee all day and great cookies in the evening. The breakfast had many hot items I wasn't accustomed to. I will stay here from now on when I visit my parents.
