The staff were helpful and friendly.
Pool did not open until 11am.
In an area full of attractions, restaurants, etc. it took us time to find it at the west edge of town. Perhaps more signs on the street at the west side of the hotel, and signs directing traffic from the main highway would help. If you arrive late, be aware that restaurants close promptly.

Clean.
Everything else.
This hotel was extremely overpriced for what we got. A small room, with tiny pillows and a hard bed. The hotel staff was not friendly, there were threatening signs everywhere from taking towels out of the room to not smoking in the room, to sneaking pets in. The pool seemed dirty and murky. The previous night we stayed in a Windgate for half the price and it was a million times nicer. I understand we were in a tourist town so the prices would be higher but expected the quality to somewhat match the price. The walls were paper thin, it sounded like a circus was going on upstairs, screaming in the halls until midnight and again at 7 am. We only encountered staff once and they were not friendly, it seemed like they hated their jobs, and were annoyed that we wanted to check in. Overall we were not pleased. We left as soon as possible in the morning. read more

Modern, clean, nice staff. The town was small so location not that important, but out of the way.

We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. The Continental breakfast was nice to wake up to.
The shower head did not adjust well in regards to water flow. The tub did not drain well.
This was a great place to stay. The staff were friendly, the room was nice, and the amenities were good. If I was to change anything I would recommend switching the light bulbs to be more energy efficient.

Location.
Needs a vanity in the bathroom, chairs were uncomfortable in hotel room, pillows get half a pillow.
The Comfort Inn was not a comfortable place to say for times you need to be in your room. I had to conduct business for part of the time from my computer and the chairs were very uncomfortable and there needs to be a separate vanity in the bathroom for privacy to brush teeth and style hair while disturbing others who are still resting.

It was clean and the staff was friendly.
The pool did not open until noon and check out time was 11am.
Everything was good except the pool hours if you did not swim the evening before you could not swim in the am since it did not open until noon.
