The coffee served in the free breakfast was really bad.
Smoking area was way too close to entrance and exit doors.
Very nice for the money. Very close to the West entrance to Yellowstone National Park and restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Nice continental breakfast except the coffee.

I liked the location to Yellowstone Nat'l Park.
Upkeep is lacking in the decor, wallpaper, bathroom facilities, and safety issues. Primarily icy conditions.
I was disappointed in the lack of concern when it was brought to the attention of management that the internet Wi-Fi was not operating correctly. They never bothered to resolve this for the entire duration of my stay. There are several areas of the hotel that are in need of attention and made me feel that I should have stayed in another of the hotels in town. The wallpaper was peeling, the icy at every entrance was very distressing to me. The rooms were very spacious but the bedding, pillows in particular had no shape to them. I was like laying your head on a pancake. The continental breakfast was a nice thing to offer but it lacked imagination. The very least was offered and there were no changes or substitutions during my stay. read more

Pool was incredible.
We were very well treated, friendly staff, we were upgraded to a suite so the room was spacious with all amenities.

The hotel had an excellent breakfast bar.
The fact that they charged us twice for 1 nights stay and then said it was our fault.
They need to train their staff better, and they also need to pay attention to what they are doing, so they aren't ripping their customers off.

Breakfast was excellent, location to Yellowstone NP was very close.
Overall a highly recommended place for a value traveler. Location is pretty good, lot of shops around. Breakfast is very good and can help you in saving time and money. They have a free Wi-Fi. I did not find anything that was short of my expectation.

The continental breakfast was a good quality.
It was not very clean and seemed run down.
The fixtures & carpets are old and run down and the rooms don't seem very clean. I watched the same piece of string and small garbage item on the hall floor for 4 days before it was vacuumed. The shower curtain was mildewed and everything just felt not clean.

The beds were good.
The crack in the ceiling, the grout cracked in bathroom piece of wal missing in bathroom.
The beds were nice, and the breakfast was good. The crack in the ceiling was bad. The grout in the bathroom was all cracked, and the 4" piece of wal missing was crazy.
