I would describe this as an economy level hotel. The hotel was clean, and decently comfortable.
Noisy. Could hear sound from room to room. Non-smoking policy not strictly enforced. Continental breakfast was not great.

Free breakfast, courteous staff, good location, quiet and nice jacuzzi.
Bed was a bit soft and needs to be firmer.

Overall our experience staying there was pretty good and few complaints.

Hotel is new and had a great breakfast with warm cinnamon rolls.
A little hard to find as it is back off the street with other buildings in front. Had to drive to have a choice of restaurants.

We had a nice overnight stay on the way to Glacier NP. Our room was quiet and clean and the beds were comfortable. Cookies and lemonade were available on check-in. We enjoyed the breakfast with some hot items. Cinnamon rolls were a real treat. Kids would like the water slide.

No proper restaurant, pool closed too early, and breakfast not served late enough.

The hotel was nothing fancy but okay for our trip. The largest star in Whitefish is a 3 and this hotel fell in the 2 star. The facilities were clean and staff was friendly with free-bees at the front desk. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Free internet and local calls.

The front desk
staff was fantastic, very helpful, very nice.
The pool was cold, needs to be updated, construction in front of hotel.

Well, let’s face it most hotels in this range are all pretty much the same, a good place to stay the night while going to catch a plane or train (this is why we stayed) but not a great romantic get away. The hotel needs updating, but is clean.

The hot continental breakfast. Outdoor hot tub & indoor pool/waterslide. Rooms open from outside. Neat & tidy.
Not a lot of parking.

This hotel is wonderful for people of any age and any group size. Lots to do in the hotel. They serve hot continental breakfast every morning from 6:30-9:30 with lots of choices. They also serve soup/chili and milk/cookies all day free of charge. The hotel staff is excellent and will do anything they can to help.

It had a good breakfast & the room was clean.
They switched us to 3 different rooms when we checked in.

I was not pleased when we arrived on Tues evening, given a key to our room. We went upstairs & opened the room to find it was occupied. The hotel clerk said to go downstairs to another room & a clerk brought a key. I was just about to open the room & a clerk said come to the front desk. We had to go upstairs again to another room, lugging our luggage. No allowance was made for the delay that was their fault. read more

One of the best continental breakfasts I have ever seen.
Did not have an onsite laundry.

Nice hotel, great staff. Continental breakfast was a good as I have seen. Nice facility.
