Description of Days Inn South Lincoln
The Days Inn Lincoln South is conveniently located, only 2 miles from the University of Nebraska and Memorial Stadium. 4 miles to the Nebraska State Fairgrounds and 2 miles to the State Penitentiary. We are close to parks, bike trails and the waterpark. McDonald's, Pizza Hut and Long John Silvers restaurants are in our parking lot. We offer a complimentary continental breakfast, free high speed wireless Internet and free local calls. No Pets Allowed. read more

You could hear talking and
TV from other guests rooms as well as in the hallway while trying to sleep.

The manager was very nice although he couldn't accommodate us in the manner in which we had requested.
The accommodations...they couldn't change me from one bed to a 2 bed room because of their software!

Because of construction, it was extremely tricky getting to this hotel. Also, I called the hotel directly requesting two beds and a non-smoking room. When we arrived, we were told we had a room with one queen bed and the manager said that the hotel's new software wouldn't allow him to change our room to 2 beds even if there was one available, we were lucky, though, that at least our reservation had put us into a non-smoking room. I know that Priceline can only guarantee a room for two adults, but in this case the two adults each wanted their own bed, and at other hotels, it's never been a problem to change from one bed to two disappointing. read more
