It was available on a busy day.
Mold and smoke in a non-smoking room.
Staff was great, but the room was far worse than the last time I stayed there. I opened windows in both rooms to try to dilute the stench. I asked for 1-king and 2-queen rooms. I got two 1-kings so 3 of us had to sleep in one bed.

The room was dirty!
When we went into the room it had a horrible smell. Sleeping on the bed was terrible because one of the beds was tilted toward the ground. The room was located next to the freeway and the train tracks making it impossible to sleep due to the noise. It was awkward how you had a hallway entrance and an outside entrance. It is budget friendly.
Budget friendly = less accommodation.
It is budget friendly hotel, therefore you have to sacrifice accommodation. However, we were in town on business and were just using the room for sleeping so it was fine. Staff is friendly and the location was good.

Close to interstate.
Dead bugs, stinky, iron didn't work very outdated and clerks weren't helpful.
The room smelled and there were dead bugs in the bathroom. Everything was worn and outdated. The clerks were not at all helpful when asked questions about local attractions. The iron didn't work; it just leaked water all over my shirt. Way too pricey for such a dud of a hotel.

The location was excellent for where I needed to be.
The housekeepers promised to bring fresh towels and they didn't so we had to go down and get them from the desk, and they were rude.

It was ok, when we called the front desk about towels they brought some right away.

Easy access to major road in Lincoln.
Dirty, not smoke free as sold, run-down bathroom.
The location of this hotel is awesome. We have stayed at this hotel before and have always been pleased. However, this trip was not as pleasant. The room was not very clean. It was booked as smoke free but the smoke smell in the room was very stale. I will not book a room here again unless I am guaranteed changes have been made.
