The bed was very comfortable.
The heater fan ran all night and was loud. The shower needs a new shower head.

The woman at the front desk checking us in was brusque. We had a great meal at the restaurant and our waitress, Virginia, was exceptional.

The beds were so comfortable and the pool and hot tub were great.
Unhelpful staff at check in, and the next morning we couldn't understand the front desk clerk (poor English).

Upon arrival we were assigned a room. After getting our bags and small kids to the room we discovered it was already in use. We were then assigned a smoking room much too small, we had paid for two queens non-smoking. So the
third room we were assigned was nice. We picked up the phone to call the front desk and request extra pillows and towels, but the phone didn't work. We noticed small things like the air vent in the bathroom was coming out of the wall, the AC unit was hard to use, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable, though, and it was not noisy at all. The pool was nice (though not heated), as was the hot tub. Overall it was an okay experience. read more

It was clean and the rooms were comfortable.
The pool was closed & the entrance to the hot tub was outside, the wireless internet was only in the lobby.

The hot tub was open, but to get to the hot tub you need to go outside (it was a blizzard at the time). The wireless internet was only available in the lobby, not in the rooms. The staff, however, was very helpful and gave us information about the roads when I-80 was closed.

Friendliness& helpfulness of the staff.
Crowded for continental breakfast, but was a busy travel day, day before Thanksgiving.

Older place, yet very clean, pool & spa are nice. Steak house next door was excellent. Will stay here again.

Easy to find.
Hotel staff was uneducated about hospitality.

The pool was too cold to use and the hot tub out of order. Breakfast was good. The staff was uncaring, slow and inhospitable.

It was a good place to stop for a one night stay in the middle of a long drive.
Kind of run down.

Cheap and convenient location, but don't expect much. Older hotel on the down side, but the bed was comfortable and the room was fairly clean. Doors to rooms were open to parking, no inside entry, ice machines and laundry area looked less than inviting for use (ice machine in lobby was ok). I would not stay more than one night though.

The pools were a big hit with the kids, rooms were comfortable.
Breakfast was not to great.

Other than the breakfast being a little skimpy, the rooms were clean, the pool area was fun for the kids. Probably not good for an extended stay but I'd stay for an overnight if I were passing through.
