Comfort Inn And Suites Omaha

When we arrived, we learned the pool was closed due to previous storm damage. The staff did offer for us to use a nearby hotel's indoor pool. However, recent news reports indicated that a child had died in the pool. Obviously, we chose not to take our children swimming. This was a big disappointment for them. The hotel rooms were very small and the bathroom was so small it was difficult to open or close the door. The staff was super friendly.

Good experience. I did not use the lounge or the restaurant, but Continental breakfast was good. Overall the desk clerks were very friendly and nice except for the first girl I met.

The hotel had a bug that resembled a cockroach in our first room. The staff offered to move us to a different room; however, they did not offer to compensate us for this inconvenience. Our second room had a large amount of black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The room, in general, was unattractive and sullied. Great hotel everyone was very helpful and the other people that were staying there were very friendly.

This hotel was fine. The pool was nice, the person at the reception desk was attentive, the breakfast was great and the area breakfast takes place was nice as well. They are still doing some updating so the attractiveness of the hotel was not the best but fine enough. The only downside we had was the smoking room. Nice hotel.

The staff at the Comfort inn, suites were very friendly and helpful. We loved staying there and would definately stay there again given the chance.

When we first arrived at the hotel the lady who checked us in was very rude. She didnt even look at me or smile. Very unpersonal! The beds were very comfortable. I liked the pool although it didnt have enough towels and when we went to the front desk to have them get more towels she said she would tell the maid when she saw her even though many families were waiting for them. (she was the same rude lady who checked us in. the continental breakfast was very good. we dined at the restaurant and it was good food, the service wasnt the best. the front clerk needs training on how to be personable with the customers. overall the best part of our stay was the pool and the beds. read more
