Not friendly.

We requested non smoking throughout our confirmation, adjoining rooms and queen beds 2 in each room yet we ended up with smoking, non adjoining rooms and 1 king and 2 queens. We were moved to a non smoking floor the second night and each room had 2 queens but didn't feel the accommodations met our expectations.

Convenient to downtown Omaha.
Staff not so helpful.

I was a bit disappointed as the hotel advertised that it was recently updated and it quite clearly was not. However, it was clean and the towels were thick and fluffy. We tried to have a light lunch in the hotel restaurant but could not get anyone to wait on us and when I brought it up to the front desk as we walked out (without eating) it was pretty much shrugged off. We had an issue with the sink being plugged and the phone not working, but after calling housekeeping (from my cell phone) those problems were fixed while we were out trying to find a place to have our lunch. View from the room at night and the bed was comfortable and the food was excellent.

We had a great romantic weekend away.
