Rooms were tiny.

Great location. Was close to shopping and restaurants. It was a place to sleep.

Excellent location to zoo, mall and many restaurants.
Very hard bed and very loud air conditioner next to the bed.

Excellent room for the price. Great for the one night stay, but not for any longer. The location is super if visiting the zoo and shopping.

Full sized beds instead of queen sized.

When I booked my room on-line, I knew that I would be traveling with 3 people. When I chose rooms I thought I chose 2 Queen bed. When I got to the hotel they said that they only have 2 full sized beds in their double rooms.

It had a bed.
Very dirty, old food dried onto our bed.

Nothing like the pictures. It was very dirty. I made my kids keep their shoes on the winter time in the hotel. The bathtub looked unclean. We found dried food on the headboard of our bed. No one was at the counter when we checked in and again when we checked out. Hard for impatient, tired children. The pool was always packed.

Nice staff, helpful. Close to xpressway.
Window was left open in the room when we arrived. It was difficult to get it to lock. Made us feel somewhat unsafe.
