Convenient location close to the airport and the
efficiency kitchen.
Overall, this is a nice place for the money. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it's clean. I wouldn't recommend it to light sleepers due to the proximity to the airport and echoing courtyard style. It is close to a variety of restaurants but its location between two partially one-way streets can make navigation difficult at times. I was given a room directly next to the breakfast room, which might have been a problem in the early morning if they actually provided much of a breakfast; prepackaged bagels and single-serving jellies don't encourage people to linger for long. Free WIFI is a big plus, and rooms are practical. The efficiency kitchen was wonderful for a long-term business trip, but some details are lacking; artwork in my room was actually hung upside-down! read more

Breakfast waffles were great. Shuttle provided.
Location does not make it particularly family friendly (next to a gentlemen's club).

Convenient.
NA.
I'd stay there again on business. Clean, quiet, nice unexpected extras in room, that is, refrigerator, 2 burner oven top.

It was centralized for food, sightseeing, our event and drugstore.
From the time we walked into the lobby, everything was great. The people were helpful, the lobby was very clean and our room was great. The bed was very comfortable. It was the first time that I slept all night while staying in a motel.

Staff was not very helpful. Room smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. Other than that, it was fine. Good place to lay your head for the night. Area seemed safe.

My curling iron got stuck in wall socket, toilet overflowed.
The overall stay was great until the final day. We were going to stay another night, when my curling iron got stuck in the wall socket and the toilet did not flush. The motel representative who came to help with my curling iron, ended up breaking it and saying "You can buy a new socket at home depot and splice it on". This was not acceptable. We decided not to stay another night and went to another hotel. read more

The hotel was clean and very helpful. The kitchenette was a nice feature too! The non-smoking room was actually non-smoking.
There were bugs but they seemed to be everywhere in Vegas! Check out time was at 12:00 pm and there was not a late check out that I was aware of.
I like this hotel. The rooms are nice and the staff is very helpful. The hotel is in a convenient location if you are accessing the strip via taxi or personal car. (It is walking distance but a grueling walk in the heat or otherwise). I would recommend this hotel to families and couples that are going to visit Vegas. There is also a nice strip mall located in walking distance (one building down) that offers a coffee shop, a drug store, restaurants and other stores. The hotel is located across the street from Hard Rock Casino where you can easily grab a cab or taxi to your desired destination! read more

Not very expensive.
Free breakfast, I did not like the attitude at the front desk when I brought in my room towels for new ones. He through attitude.
The furniture is in poor shape and should be inspected by management even though it looks as if it's in good shape. Some furniture is falling apart.
