The staff was very friendly and tried to correct the wrong.
The beds were HORRIBLE and the first room we arrived in was dirty!

As soon as we arrived we noticed the hotel room was dirty. It was completely different from the clean outside it presents. Then the bed was very hard. I asked the front desk if I could upgrade and possibly have a more comfortable bed. They answered that not only were they booked but all they were completely booked. After the management noticed my online review on the hotel, they decided to upgrade me for free. I thought they were booked!! I have to say that the staff was very friendly except when you ask for extra towels. OMG! I wanted 6 towels because I had to cover the bottom of the door to stop a skunk smell from coming through. When I asked the front desk for the towels and was questioned on why I needed them. I couldn't believe it. I was finally given 3 that I had to walk to the front desk to pick up. read more

The location was 3 miles from strip.

At first I was concerned. The parking lot seemed dark and it had 2 buildings so I was not even near the front office if there was a problem. But after my husband got there, it was great!

If you are a budget in Vegas, this is the place to stop. Huge rooms, for those weekends trips to Vegas and family friendly with a full kitchen. Plenty of room to run around in and only a few minutes off the strip.

Great location.
The bed is hard as a rock, the carpets looked dirty.

This hotel is overall OK. That is due to the bed being hard as a rock, the coffee machine only having one packet of sugar and one packet of creamer, and the backboard to the bed fell off the wall.
