room smelled like cooking food. Terrible construction noise outside window

I was disappointed in the noise outside. Room location could have been done better.. absolutely couldn't sleep after 6:30, construction was right outside my window. Staff was very nice, the room was nice, but smelled as though cooking was recently done in microwave.

The front desk staff went out of their way to exceed our expectations - they were very helpful!
The A/C unit was slightly noisy - it would have been nicer to have a quieter cooling system.

I would definitely stay here again, and the rate they accepted from Priceline was unbeatable! We were able to get the room we desired (king bed with fridge and free WiFi) without having to heckle the clerk. The clerk also went out of their way to get us a spectacular rate on a one-night last-minute hotel stay in another city! Oh, and the waffles in the morning were fantastic!

Small for price.

Overall good place to stay. In room amenities were above what I expected. But sleeping next to a sink was a little odd. The room was smaller than other hotels I've stayed at for a similar price. For a budget one night stay it's definitely recommended.

The room was nicely decorated, had extras like microwave, hairdryer, fridge. Beds were comfortable.
Party upstairs, called desk at 2 am. They had police come over and then quiet.

Other than the problem with the party upstairs, the hotel was excellent and convenient. It worked wonderful.
