Clean comfortable, friendly staff, convenient to airport and highways.

Suite was comfortable, lots of storage, we could all get ready without getting in each others way. Liked the cookies at bedtime. Breakfast was more than adequate, with food that was healthy also.

Close to the airport, and we loved the fact that we had 2 queen size beds. If only our baby would have slept!
Used mouthwash left in our room. I'm glad I checked before the kids got it.

Poor housekeeping service.

One could survive this hotel. However, there were days when our room was not cleaned, and the bed left unmade. Our towels were not replaced, the room coffee was not replaced, and the coffee pot not rinsed. The pillows on which we slept were of the lowest quality possible and were hard and rubbery and very difficult sleep on. The lights were rigged to turn off automatically and did so, more than once, when we were in the bathtub leaving us sitting in the tub in darkness! None of the maids spoke English which made communication with them impossible. read more
