Welcome to the newly renovated Holiday Inn Portsmouth! Our hotel features 130 first class guest rooms just of I-95 at the intersection of Route 1 and the Spaulding Turnpike. Our guests may enjoy a heated indoor pool, fitness center and game room, as well as free wireless high-speed Internet. Our own Cranberries Restaurant serves popular American cuisine and is open for breakfast, dinner and room service daily. Kuzzin's Lounge offers a more casual atmosphere with a lighter selection of great food and drinks. Don't forget, Kids Eat Free with a paying adult. The Holiday Inn Portsmouth is conveniently located near historic downtown Portsmouth, the Kittery Outlet Malls, Water Country and New Hampshire and Maine's greatest beaches . Rooms were no different than any other economy hotel I've stayed in for much less money.

This is a regular old hotel that is trying to remodel and upgrade itself - but it is not working. There was nothing 3 star about it. The rooms were no different than any other economy hotel that I have stayed in. Nice try on some of the cosmetic remodeling but it just couldn't hide the hotel itself. Doors didn't shut, room smelled of smoke, no space other than the beds, etc.

Good location to downtown Portsmouth...Clean and comfortable.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area to visit malls or downtown Portsmouth.

Convenient to Maine Outlet Shopping and Downtown Portsmouth. The rooms could use updating but the staff is friendly and helpful.

The room was a dump.

This hotel was a major disappointment. The fitness room was a joke. The pool was nasty and the room was outdated. Didn't sleep a wink due to noise in the hallway

Smoke free room smelled of stale smoke. BR door did not work well.

We stayed here a year ago and I felt things had gone down hill or we were given a room that had not be updated. The bathroom door was so sticky and hard to open...made very loud noise when opening. The stale smoke smell was terrible.
