Front Desk people were nice & friendly.
This was a MOTEL. Not a hotel. Doors opened up directly to the outside.

This Best Western was, by no means, on par with other Best Westerns I've stayed at. This was a motel, not a hotel. Once in the room, the door opens directly to the outside. It did not encourage feeling safe and secure in a hotel room.
