The front desk guy was not helpful, and the rooms had problems.

The hotel is very attractive and I found the staff to be very friendly. I had a small problem at check-out; they wanted to charge me again for my room and I booked it on line and put the charges on charge card. I had a receipt that showed the room was paid in full. Also, she gave me a credit on the room but it reflected a different address and state. The account number did not reflect the one that I booked under. When we told her, she was not at all concerned that we had someone else credit information. Also, the keys to the room did not work properly. Overall, the stay was pleasant and my party of 8 different people, 4 different rooms enjoyed their stay. I would recommend the hotel to friends and it was clean and very comfortable. read more

Staff was very friendly, helpful and the pool was very small. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

The breakfast
is awful. There is very little of it, and it is basically a few Costco danishes, coffee, and juice. And they are rather stale as well. We use breakfast as a hotel requirement in making our stay decisions and we had to leave rather than eat there.

Attractive hotel in good location with lots of stores restaurants and attractions near by. Staff was helpful and friendly but the hotel does need to be re-wall papered/painted etc.

This hotel does not deserve a review. My experience there was horrible and I'd hate for anyone to visit this place by choice.

For the price, this hotel was below standard. Butts in ashtray, one glass in room, didn't seem traveler-ready. First room assigned had chirping smoke detector (low battery). I had a choice new room or replace battery!
