The beds were REALLY comfortable.
The rooms weren't ready & the staff was miserable.

The hotel is great but the directions are tough to follow. It needs to say Get off at exit 12 & take your Immediate right. Mapquest & GPS don't tell you that.

Easy access to bus route to New York City,

Hotel meet all descriptions as stated. It was so easy to hop the bus shuttle to New York City. Hotel was very clean.

Easy travel to our event in SI - came from NC & easy on off route
Construction made it unattractive

We were pleasntly surprised by the warmth of the people at this hotel. Heard easy bus route to NYC - our next trip we would plan to stay & visit NYC - & fly to Newark to use your shuttle service. All accomodations with customer in mind. Thank you for a nice visit
