Location to NYC & GWB was excellent.
Hotel refused refund of shuttle that was not used.

Room rug was extremely dirty and this is the only impression I will remember.

Easy to miss when driving West off the George Washington Bridge. It is a somewhat difficult to turn around and get back.

The restaurant, it takes much longer time before attention.

The hotel itself is nice and spacious and neat. Easy assess to highway, to New York and downtown.

Delicious, warm chocolate chip cookies upon check-in!
Not too close to the location we desired.

From check-in to check-out we had efficient, but friendly service (including a quick response our request for more towels), a clean comfortable room, and a relaxing stay.

Decent indoor pool and fitness center for free. Room was spacious and comfortable.

noisy, could be heard inside room.

This hotel has very friendly staff. The indoor pool and fitness center were free of charge and clean but a little small. They gave us complimentary breakfast on the 14th floor which was great!

Would have liked a larger room.

A Hotel suited for business travelers. Location has no local restaraunts. The local road access is poor and congested.

Location not so great when there is traffic during rush hours.

The staff only wanted to please. We liked this hotel for its convenience to NYC. However, it is right off a major highway and when there is traffic (during rush hours), the location is no longer great.
