The hotel has an attractive lobby and registration desk is open and convenient.
It is hard to see the small sign that is on the highway were you turn.

The hotel public areas and room we had were very clean, and very quiet at night. The clerk at the registration desk was very friendly, and eagerly helped me when I requested the use of the hotel refrigerator to store an item for a party that I was attending later in the day. I felt very safe and secure when returning late at night.

Well kept hotel, nice rooms, we used this for beach staging, so we did not spend much more than sleep time at the hotel

The hotel lobby was inviting, and everyone was friendly.
The restaurant staff was less than quick and helful.

The hotel is kid-friendly and conveniently located to the beach, stores and eateries.

The pool is an oversized bathtub that
cannot be used by single travelers.

The Hotel was very clean. The people working there were polite and nice. The location is within walking distance to several store (Not shops) that carry everything that you might have forgoten. The food in the restaurant was fair but I only ate breakfast there. The pool is an oversized bath tub that
cannot be used by single travelers. If I did have the ability to use it my guess at its real size in may 15-20 long and 8 wide. It was the only dissapointment realy. But it should not be put on the amenities for the hotel becase its so small and unavailable to single travelers. read more

The Jacuzzi was hot.
There is not enough space.

This hotel is new. The rooms are long and short, the windows do not open and the odor is stale and cannot be vented or re-circulated. You can smell the ocean outside but inside its dank and stale, why wouldn't you want to not smell the ocean and fresh air! Also the delay on both elevators is barely tolerable. The TV channel selection is all New York ! what the hell, I lived in this area for over 35 years and everybody watches PA stations. Save the best for last! Me and my family get back to the room at around 9:30 p.m. and there is a reception party going on right above our floor/room. The bass was going right thru the walls. So I call the front desk to complain and the only thing that can be done is to ask and see if they can turn the music down and that's all - oh and the party lasts till 1:30 a.m. in the morning! read more
