It was clean, new and I liked the lay out of the room.
The front desk staff was rude and not helpful with the problems
I had.

Our room keys did not work...twice, the housekeeping did not leave any coffee, mugs, sugar, etc. for our second day and when we called the front desk to request more, they told us to come down to the lobby for coffee. Plus they didn't even take some of the old/used cups/mugs from the previous day. When our room keys did not work, they tried to blame us and seemed to be bothered by giving us new keys. read more

Hotel and rooms are well kept and very comfortable
Looking at what the hotel room sells for through its website, they shouldn't charge for the breakfast..

Overall we enjoyed staying at this hotel. Room and furnishing were in good condition and the bed was very comfortable. There was a $11.99 charge for the breakfast buffet which seem a little excessive, consider a Residence Inn with better room accomodation offers a complimentary hot breakfast.

Short trip to Jersey shore. Prices were same as the slum motels on the beach. Definitely way to go!

You felt like you were staying with friends. They always said Hi and were very helpful.
Pool was too small.

I would definitely stay here again when visiting the Jersey Shore. Not far from the shore, but out of
all the people. This is a great hotel.
