The location was great! Could see the NYC skyline from our room.

Location great, guest services very helpful and friendly, rooms comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay there if we go to NYC again. The only downfall was the restaurant not opened for anything except breakfast.

It was a perfect location right into the city in Manhattan. Great space and great prices! The room's were clean and comfortable! The staff was friendly and polite.. I would go to the Crown Plaza again and suggest it to my friends!

Safe area, clean rooms, nice room after signing as priority club member, convenient to bus into Manhattan.
Didn't have complimentary/continental breakfast. And couldn't check early.

Very cost effective, as opposed to staying in Manhattan, with easy and convenient access to downtown. Your Priority Club floor rooms were exceptional...clean, with added extra touches, and a nice view of a waterway.

Super close to Giants Stadium, easy in and out.
Garage is seedy and unprotected.

This Crowne Plaza has seen better days, but that's still pretty good, especially for the price. It's in a tall tower that overlooks the meadowland and is very easy to get to. 24 hour convenience store with alcohol is up the block. Room service prices are reasonable. The pool is fine; the hot tub was not working when we stayed, but they promised to look into getting it working. All in all, exceeded our expectations. read more

Close to the highway & could be seen easily. Close to the bus stop to go to N.Y. city.
There was not anything that we did not like.

Very good location. Well received when we checked in and bellhop assisted with the luggage to our room. Nice amenities. Nice to pick up the U.S. Today newspaper free every day. Short walk to the bus stop so we could travel to N.Y. City quickly. Would stay there again.

The room had all the amenities I would expect including a travel comfort package on the bed with lavender linen spray.mmmmm Nice Touch!

The hotel was set back in a quiet area off the main road. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable as was the entire public area of the hotel. I would definately stay there again without question.

The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet and it was in a good location to New York City.
The staff could not speak English very well, and the restaurant food was not very good.
