Convenient location, easy to get to. Free internet. Competent staff - no problem at check-in.
In room heaters are noisy. Internet very slow, very frustrating. Concierge lounge very uninteresting for food, drinks are not free.

This hotel is adequate for business travel in the area but there are many others equal or better.

Renovations improved the overall appearance of the hotel.
Dresser space was inadequate.

Adequate but somewhat dated facility, recently renovated. Furniture is newer, but dresser space is quite limited. Nice flat screen TV in room, and new blow dryer were nice features. Excellent comfortable bed and bedding.

Location.

The recent renovation to the hotel had to be sparse because the hotel appeared to be dated. The room was quite small and the bathrooms didn't have the amenities of a 3 star hotel.

Convenient location is the best I can do.
Air conditioner/ heater very noisy. My door didn't really work.

As far as business hotels go, this was adequate. First off, the door to my room did not close without considerable force. Second, the
HVAC unit in the room was extremely noisy. The hotel provided free internet service was very spotty and extremely slow. For the price, I suppose I cannot argue, but I feel that a Holiday Inn Express would have been better. I expected more for 3 1/2 stars. read more
