Location, price and rooms were upgraded and fairly clean.
The lobby and common areas are 2 star or below, and not all that clean either.

Good location, rooms upgraded recently with marble counters, flat screen, decent bedding. Tired and a typical old holiday inn ex the upgraded rooms.

Much better than comments I read - great breakfast.
Traffic patterns outside hotel make it hard to cross the street.

This hotel was clean and very well kept. It was a terrific value. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with great variety and tasty food.

Hotel is located in a hard to get to location. It is not located in a pleasant area.

Grim hallways, noise from hall through door.

Serviceable, but in no way attractive, typical Holiday Inn. Easy access to highways, but a convoluted hotel entrance through a retail parking lot. No frills rooms and utilitarian hallways do not make it conducive to romance, but with a low enough rate, you will be out of the rain, safe, warm, relatively comfortable and happy enough.

I would go back to this hotel. It was comfortable and clean. The price was right for this hotel.

The room on the 5th floor was quiet.
The continental breakfast line of food was short, and had a very limited number of choices.

If there were no other hotels available, this would be an okay place to stay.
