Econo Lodge Old Town

Overall we liked the hotel. It was conveniently located and good for the price. The night clerk who checked us in was extremely nice and helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had an excellent stay! But, when we returned home a few days later I checked my debit card statement. It showed a charge for the room we had rented for two nights. I had paid for the room on Priceline 2 weeks prior to the trip. When I called the hotel directly to get an explanation I was treated very rudely and told they never charged my card, even tough I had verified that the charge came direct from the hotel location. I asked to speak to a manager and was told I would have to wait for a call back there was no manager on duty. This was a nice, economic place to stay. Nothing fancy, but the staff was friendly and the location was perfect for all the activities we had planned. Zoo, Aquarium, Botanical Gardens, Natural History Museum and Children's Museum were all within walking distance, or at most a very short drive from the hotel.

The motel was walking distance to tourist attractions and the bus stop. The room was very clean. The indoor pool was nice and warm, very clean as well and the hot tub was the perfect temperature. The bottom line is there is nothing fancy here, but its clean and comfortable.

Good inexpensive motel in an excellent location close to tourist areas in Albuquerque. Pool needs a good cleaning. We did not go in because it did not look inviting. Very cloudy.

Aside from the breakfast bar, it was an excellent place to stay with a great staff and awesome facilities. The location was perfect as well. I was very pleased.

Location is good. Within walking distance to old town. Restaurants
and Walgreens were near. Good parking. Hotel is old and in need of updating. For the
location it was fine.

We've stayed at this hotel numerous times and for the location and price my favorite in the old town area. Rooms are clean and for the most part pretty quiet. Would recommend this hotel.

It wasn't too bad. It was convenient to down town and to old town.
