One front desk clerk was helpful.
Manager did not keep his word about getting us transport to airport.

We will never stay there again. Also, this hotel kept 2 dogs in an adjoining room, and there was dog hair throughout the hotel corridor. Hotel did not clean up area. We had to ask to be moved to another floor.

Room had holes in the carpet.

Hotel was not very well kept, however this should not be an excuse for being clean.

Very clean, quiet. rooms were done by the time we returned to them.
Desk clerk who worked the nites we were there didn't seem friendly.

Great hotel would stay there again.

Shuttle from train station and to airport.
Couldn't get shuttle to public rail for balloon fiesta.

Hye, Hawthorne Inn and Suites were a super duper time. Save for Yellow Cab Co. There being operated by a complete, despicable idiot, my visit to Albuquerque was wonderful. And it is located right next to a Fuddruckers!
