Classy, convenient to downtown and old town.
Lobby was being renovated while I was there.

Liked the room layout, the bed linens, the parking & lobby. It was an easy 2 block walk to the bars and restaurants downtown. Old town Albuquerque was minutes away. The view of the Sandia mountains from the 16th floor was awesome.

Hyatt's are always nice. We enjoy staying at them.
Room not as updated as most Hyatt's.

Nice room needed to be a little updated compared to other Hyatt's.

Location and security of vehicle.
They call themselves uptown but it is really the new downtown.

If your going to the Albuquerque Convention center this is the hotel for you and if there is anything going on in the middle of downtown this is the hotel for you.

The staff was very accommodating, the room was very beautiful and comfortable and the restaurant was great.
Nothing to report.

I would recommend this hotel to my best friends. The location is great.

The appearance of the hotel.
The pool was outdoors, had to pay for parking.

We had never stayed at this hotel in the ABQ area. Overall we had a great experience, staff was friendly and professional, rooms were decent. The only bad thing was that the swimming pool was outside and the weather was rather cold.

Room was comfortable, great location, Starbucks and juice downstairs.
No free WiFi.

Great location and walking distance to many restaurants and local bars. No noise and very attractive and clean rooms.

Not as clean as expected from 3 star.

The staff was great. The room was not as clean as we expected from a 3 star hotel. We found hair in our room, on the bed, the chair, in the shower, but the most disgusting was a hair in the coffee maker. When we complained to the manager she comp'd our extras (breakfast, parking, etc.). The room was comfortable and the views were great.

Had to pay for parking, but that's Downtown for you!

We liked the fact that there were nice restaurants and shopping in the hotel, that was a big plus. The hotel was very clean and orderly, we were very satisfied with our room. Another plus was that we had a nice view of Albuquerque from our room.
