Welcoming and helpful staff. Amenities within walking distance.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Room was very clean, though plain. No cost WiFi is available. Convenient location to both Santa Fe, Valle Grande National Preserve and Jemez Mountain areas.

My wife liked it better than the Ashley Hotel.
It was not much less expensive than the Holiday Inn Express.

It is nice but not quite worth the money I paid for it.

Close to the location we needed to be at.
Old and run down.

We requested a room with 2 queen beds and were given one king for 4 people. They had no rooms left with 2 beds. They finally gave us another room with a king bed.

The staff was very friendly.
The doors to enter the hotel from the back did not lock.

Overall this was a good place to stay; my child loved the indoor pool. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Front desk person not trained to handle on-line room purchases. Problems with double billing.

Unless the traveler reserves a suite, all other rooms have no outside window. When entering/exiting a non-suite room, your view is of the back side of a grocery store! Curiously, there is a gorgeous mountain view to be had if only they had built the non-suite rooms to open 180 degrees opposite.
