TV was nice.
Staff, color of the room, no conditioner, smelly non smoking room and hallway, no customer service.

Horrible customer service just because we purchased through a third party. Did not accommodate our needs/requests. The non smoking room smelt like smoke, as did the hallways. There was no conditioner, and when you call for it, they did not have any.

It was a very convenient location and lots of stores, restaurants and conveniece stores in vicinity
It seemed rather dated. We were provided minimal towels and pool towels had to be requested at the front desk.

The rooms appeared dated. The a/c was a wall unit under the window, with high - low controls rather than a thermostat on the wall. After a short time, my socks were very black from walking on the carpet without shoes. I guess it was okay for the amount of money we paid.....and I guess we would stay here again.

The beds were uncomfortable.

The beds were lumpy, the breakfast was pretty good, and the bathrooms were okay.

It was clean, the staff was very friendly, and overall it was very nice.
Our room was not cleaned one day while we stayed there, and there were no clean towels.

The location was within three blocks from the location of my conference.

The hotel itself was nice and served my purpose. The breakfast was not very good - some apples, bread, juice and coffee. No cereal or anything extra. I ate somewhere else.
