Staff seemed incapable of knowing how to handle a problem.

There was no hot water in my room because of a broken pipe, contacted front desk. Took them a long time to contact manager, who took forever to make a decision to give me a different room. Process took a couple of hours, I had to be up at 3 am to catch a flight. Should not have been that big of a deal.

Location seemed safe and was close to restaurants and small shopping center.
Wish it were closer to Albuquerque. Would have liked an iron and/or microwave in the room.

This hotel was a lot nicer than I expected for the rating and the price. The hotel staff was very friendly and serviceable. The rooms were clean. The lobby was close to all rooms for easy access. The location of the hotel felt safe. There were many fast food places nearby as well as a small shopping center. The cable channels offered choices for my five year old son. I would definitely stay again. I only wish they had more amenities in the rooms like microwaves and irons. Would also like a pool. read more

Breakfast area was small with no seating. Food taken to room.

This was adequate for the price. Clean and quiet.

Friendly and helpful personnel. Nice room with close proximity to lobby. Breakfast was very generous and had plenty of choices. The cost was wonderful for such a nice, clean room.

The paint and carpet were new.
Didn't have a pool, and it seemed like by the end of the week, the donuts for the breakfast were a week old.

This is a good place to stay if you are not in for the extras, but need a clean, neat, affordable place to stay.

Poor bathroom facilities.

Good attempt to recondition an older facility, but the property still shows the effects of neglect and age including shortcomings/potential safety issues regarding the use of extension cords and one to three outlet adapters. Expect the tub to drain so slowly there will be several inches of accumulated water during a short shower. Rooms near then front desk will be able to hear every conversation that occurs in the registration area. read more
