Atmosphere was suitable. New restaurant is a big plus, a little pricey, but nice.
Felt like rooms could have been cleaner. Noticed maid talking on cell phone, the next morning for an extended period of time, while pretending to clean.

Meets our needs while we're traveling through this area.

It is always clean and the staff is nice.
They need to upgrade the televisions.

It is a little too far out on Cerillos Rd., otherwise is the best of the reasonably priced hotels I have used in Santa Fe.

it was still great.

This hotel was a wonderful choice and I'd stay there all the time when visiting in Santa Fe.

Warm and inviting decor.

We were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The coffee and warm fireplace fire in the lobby was very nice. A pleasant overall experience.

The shower was good.
Bed spread tattered, curtain broken, could not regulate heat, too hot or too cold.

Very disappointed, but arrived too late and too tired to complain and ask for another room. Bed spread and pillow cases were frayed, and wrinkled, curtain broken when I tried to close it, heating unit beat up with pieces hanging off of it, and did not function well, had too manually adjust the temperature all night, either too hot or too cold. Snowed briefly and lost TV reception for over an hour. read more
