They treated us like royalty.

I felt totally spoiled. The staff learned our names immediately and greeted us every time we walked in or out. The valet service was wonderful.

The roof level pool and hot tub were awesome.

This hotel was awesome. The room wasn't as large as we expected considering how expensive the place is, but the room was lovely, nonetheless. The hotel and staff were wonderful. Make sure to check out the roof level pool and hot tub.

The one complaint is the valet-only parking at $18/per night.

Location was very close to the plaza.
The hotel seems tired, and the place was noisy.

Location was very close to the plaza and a nice walk. The hotel seems a little tired but still very nice. The place was noisy as plumbing sounds and conversations outside and in the hall felt like they were in the room. We got a great deal on the price so it worked out great. Not happy about $18 a day for parking though.
