The staff was helpful in resolving any problems we had.
Our room was right on the road and about 100 yards from the train tracks where the trains ran and blew their horns all night.

Convenient to many routes and expressways, pet friendly and free WiFi.
Smoking allowed in rooms.

This was our first experience in this chain. Initially we were nervous with not being familiar with America's Best. Our nervousness was quickly dismissed. We will definitely stay at America's Best again and have already recommended it to friends and family.

Freindly desk staff at 1 AM.

Used this hotel as a stopover on a long drive starting on Christmas Eve. Few guests but the desk clerk was memorable for his cheerfulness and alertness when we arrived at 1 AM. The room was fine. Checked out about 9 in the morning and did not use any of the facilities. A good stay.

Hotel was easy to find and staff were helpful and friendly.
Indoor pool was not available for entire stay, drains and bathroom clogged, hotel smelled funny.

Hotel is a typical one-star hotel. Room was clean, however, bathroom drains were clogged, indoor pool was not available both days of stay, and hotel smelled funny to us. Staff were friendly and helpful and hotel was easy to find.

It was easy to find, right off the main drag.
There was very little to do around there, less places to eat between 2-5 o'clock.

The hotel was great, easy to find, and clean. Ease of getting on any main route was great. We where on motorcycles, they didn't treat us any different. The restaurant was good, just not open between 2-5 in the afternoon.
