The Hampton Inn Batavia is the newest hotel on the New York State Thruway Exit 48 and is conveniently located 30 miles from Rochester and Buffalo. Our hotel caters to both the business and leisure traveler that want to take advantage of all that western New York has to offer. Our 3 story hotel has 59 rooms that are all equipped with complimentary high-speed internet access. Other amenities include an indoor heated swimming pool whirlpool commercially equipped fitness center and a business center. Each room at the Hampton Inn Batavia hotel has a refrigerator microwave iron with ironing board coffeemaker and hair dryer. The rooms were clean and well decorated would stay again at this hotel and recommend it to friends and family.
Weren't allowed to bring drinks into pool area even in plastic cup but this was a very minor inconvenience overall really enjoyed the hotel.

The hotel is very clean, staff was extremely friendly went out of their way to accommodate our friends who came down without notice when the computers were down saving them a room while we went to darien lake for the day.

Too close to the I90.

This hotel is old with not much to like about it.
This hotel is older and does not offer much at any price anymore.

You booked us at the Holiday Inn Batavia, NY not the Hampton Inn. We would have liked to stay at the Hampton instead. We were not satisfied with our stay at the Holiday Inn, Batavia NY. Next time I would try a different hotel!!!

Staff were pleasant and courteous.

I would recommend this hotel for any traveler. The rooms were neat and clean, the pool is very accessible, the gym as well. Breakfast had something for everyone and was very convenient.
