Housekeeping staff work and attitude excellent.
A bit pricey, but not outlandish.

Appears to be a relatively new building, modern and well appointed. Front desk and housekeeping staff were hard working and gracious. Very satisfied with all aspects of service and rooms.

Spa was great, Service was great. Location was good.
I could find nothing wrong.

Wife and I went to the hotel for a break from the kids. (and anniversary). We got a SPA room. It was great. Everything was clean had a ton of "fun". And the service was great. The people where friendly and ready to assist with any requests. The location was "ehh ok" It sits where on a hill slightly higher than Brockport so you get a good view but "it is Brockport". If you are looking for a great location I don't think this is really the place. Right down the hill is Wal-Mart. So. But If you are looking for a break from life it is a nice place. No indoor pool. The room and service was what I was looking for and it was great. read more
